I need to create a setup where particle color depends on the reference object color. The most simple example is when I use Mapping Object operator to acquire mapping values from the nearest object surface to colorize the particle. In my case I have a material applied to the particle with the Noise map as the color of the particle. Noise map has two colors and I need that Mapping Object operator to change only one of the Noise map colors instead of the whole particle color. Is it possible task to accomplish using Max2016 PF?

Edit: I have found a solution using maxscript. I will write how I made this a bit later when I have time.
