"Pictures from an animation had been used for grand rounds presentation on VACTERL syndrome and cloacal exstrophy and for the embryology lectures on gastrointestinal development. The animation was particularly helpful in depicting the reasons for findings such as imperforate anus and the predicted presentation of various malformations when mesodermal migration is interupted at various stages."
